Our Story

MoJiConverse Beginnings (Beijing MoJiYan)

In August, 2013, Beijing MoJiYan Education Consulting Co. Ltd (北京墨吉言教育咨询有限公司), the 1st MoJiConverse company was registered in Beijing, China. MoJiYan (Beijing) provided educational consulting, English, Spanish and Chinese language and advisory services to corporates, embassies and international companies located in China.

MoJiConverse In Australia

In September, 2015, MoJiConverse Pty Ltd, the 2nd company was set up in Brisbane, Australia. This move expanded our consulting services and broadened our field of offerings to increase our activities even further with increased online services. This move enabled an enhanced global recognition.

Collaborations And Partnerships

International Collaboration

In 2020 MoJiConverse started a collaboration with a Spanish company - "We Are Seekers" and has set it's company sights on bridging activity further into Europe.

Official International Partnerships

In 2020 MoJiConverse Pty Ltd successfully involved its activities with a number of partner companies to create dynamic unions by strengthening its reach over oceans and seas. These partnerships have set sail to create a very capable and professional extension to our own company's strong performance record. Building on the experience of international activity and educational consulting efforts, these partnerships have already filled their sails with energy and vigour.

Founders

Mark Lofaro (Australia)

Mark is one who has total focus on achieving what he sets out to do. He has spent over 21 years developing skills by attending numerous seminars, international training events and specialized training in business skills in Australia, USA, Holland and Spain. He has also been invited to attend many private mentoring sessions with ultra-high industry leaders.

Mark has been specializing in consulting services, business advisory and provides business skill/performance public speaking for international companies inside China and companies wanting to enter the Chinese market. He has always been looking for an edge to help propel performance levels of those who want to push their limits.

Zhou Mo (China)

Graduating with a Master Degree of Law, ZhouMo had learned and practiced law in China for 7 years. She has over 16 years' experience in cross culture language translation and interpreting supporting business communications and negotiation. She also has 6-years’ experience in business compliance consultancy.

ZhouMo has studied and lived in China, Europe and Australia. She speaks 3 languages - native in Chinese, professionally proficient in English and fluent in Spanish. She has established some key contacts worldwide. This experience has allowed her to become a specialist in understanding business culture in European countries, America, Australia, China, etc.

She is dedicated in helping companies and embassies to better their understanding in cultural differences in business. She has also been assisting businesses by creating marketing strategies by combining cultural considerations and professional knowledge to establish company expansions successfully.
